Picked these Smithfield tenderloins up at GFS. About $5 and I’m happy. Rubbed with SM Spicy Apple and Cherry, wrapped and in fridge for a two day flavor fest. A few more shakes of cherry and onto the kettle for some cherry smoke and a quickie on screaming hot lump filled SnS. Topped with a simple glaze of Blues Hog cut with Sonny’s sweet, fresh cherries and a splash of Jack! Smoked Mac & cheese and steamed broccoli. God bless our food, AMEN!
