I haven't smoked anything indirect on my Weber Kettle in several years. Always smoking on my stick burner. Today while watching all the college games I decided to smoke a loin on the kettle. I have many pics so you can see my endeavor from start to finish. It turned out great and the wife and grand kids loved it. The meat was extremely tender and juicy. Indirect with half and half apple juice and water in the pan. Cherry wood for smoking. 250 to 275 for a little over 2 hours. 145 on the internal. Very happy with the cook as it has been awhile since I smoked on the kettle.
