Hi, just a newbie here to acquire any knowledge for those generous enough to share.. So Grad party this weekend and thinking conservatively I am figuring 100 servings of pulled pork. Hoping to smoke on Saturday and pull early Sunday. Rather than get real wordy I will share a bit of a list on what I have and would like any thoughts on if this plan is feasible...

- Got a new PBV4PS2 and am not crazy about the reviews as far as technical issues compared to other Pit Boss Smokers but as far as what it can do and size (and footprint) I couldn't find anything better under $350.

- Have several other sides (salads, cold cuts, desserts)

- Not sure if I want 3 20 lb butts or 6 10 lb ones (not even sure if it will fit)

- Can I keep this within a 20 hour time frame? Would I need to get the oven involved too?

Thanks in advance for any responses. Don't really have confidence in spades but hearing from experience would surely put me a bit more at ease.
