That’s some fine eating Chili! I especially will have to try that spice mix on a belly or two. Pork belly is my absolute favorite for smoking.

I'm with you on this one!! Did one last night (Italian) that was totally creative, over-the-top, and delicious. Gonna be posting that one soon and doing a tri tip today that will hopefully be noteworthy. I just need to figure out how I'm gonna cook it :emoji_anguished:

Tomorrow will be Carnitas with all the goodies.

Well sir, we are finally going to get a small break from the (or so the weather idiots say) and carnitas is first on the list if temps drop out of the 90's. That just screams "cool weather food" to me.
