Got a nice belly local sourced from a shop. Just a tad over 5lbs.

Getting cut and ready to grind and my wife says.

You going to use some for burnt ends?
Ahhhhh...Yeah I guess.

Well I said we have another belly for burnt ends so im grinding the rest up for later.

Ground 4.5 lbs. Going into 1lb bags.
