So, continuing with the "CI" thing. I threw this together last night.

Start out by deep frying some store bought breaded chicken nuggets to get them cooked and crispy. Keep them hot!

Next, I preheated some sauce left over from the other day. It is store bought which I added cooked ground sausage and ground beef, and mushrooms. Again. Keep it all hot.

Then add a metric ton of mozz. and pepperoni.

Then into a preheated oven set on broil. For 5 minutes. The idea with keeping everything hot and cook fast is to keep the chicken crispy. I hate mushy chicken parm.
This came out great. And there is left overs.

Creative! Not a big Chicken nugget guy, usually formed Chicken and too much breading for my taste, but add all them goodies and I'd be good to go...JJ

I'm with Jimmy that I'm not a big breaded chicken fan unless it's going to get eaten straight up (as opposed to being cooked into something else) but that looks darned good Steve. Nice way to re-purpose several different things and come up with a good meal.

Did something similar years ago except I didn't deep fry the nuggets or add pepperoni. I know yours came out a lot better than mine.

Thank you! I'm going to air fry the nuggets the last time though to reduce the guilt factor a bit.

Thanks bud!

Looks good Steve, my wife makes them out of the chicken patties once in a while when she doesn't have the time to make her own, quick and easy and not bad tasting.
