Some friends came over to help me with some work in my shed and I decided to throw these together. Very easy and fast to smoke.

After I almost forgot to get a finished pic!!


During smoke!


Before smoking, One plain cheese,one with ricotta,motz,&shrimp and one the same but with some fresh salsa added also.


4 of us killed 3 in no time. They were smoked about 20-25 mins @ 240*.

It is store bought Sun of Italy crust @ 3/8" thick. You can get it in kits with cheese and sauce or just crust here around us. It was very crisp and I am like most and luv the crisp crust also!!!!!!!!!
