I’m interested and have been looking at the pit boss 7 series and wondering if you guy have one or like then any info is appreciated and I was wondering how they did smoking when it’s cold outside
To your first three questions yes yes & yes, now i haven't cooked on it outside summer, only used for the long ones aka pork/brisket... it is golden as long as you keep water in pan so it doesn't overheat (which it probably won't in winter but who knows) what i do like about it is the humongous hopper, its pretty new
