Helping my boss cook a pig today. This is a borrowed cooker that neither of us are familiar with. It's been interesting.
Wake up call. Lol
Those pics were from this morning. I will update with finished pics tomorrow. ( I prolly won't be in any shape to do it tonight. We are doing this in a park behind my house that is only a 10 minute walk away)
 
Interesting, looks like sort of a mini UDS?  Looks like an opening in the side to add more coals? Is there one in the other side also?

Not a mini by any means. That's a 90 lb. Pig. There is another opening on the other side also.
