That's weird that it wouldn't let you use "BandCollector". You may have to go with an "alter ego" so we can enjoy some Qview.

Yes, here's a couple I've seen people use.

You just have to be careful which one you choose. I have heard that some of the image hosting sites are purveyors of spyware/malware. I haven't heard of any problems with Image Shack or Tinypic though.

I was able to register with Photobucket but the tutorial you supplied doesn't look anything like what I am getting on PB. I was able to download a picture from my computer but I see nothing allowing me to post it on SMF........I am either too stupid to do this or this technology totally escapes me.....I am very frustrated!
