Perch, pheasant, and partridge

Making room in the freezer and decided to just deep fry since the young kids and wife aren’t into wild game . ND Perch with Louisiana breading, pheasant with a Walmart carribean jerk seasoning, and Hungarian partridge with shore lunch. I didn’t hardly make a dent but lots of leftovers and the dogs sure enjoyed snacking with me

Also made wild turkey jerky. This dehydrator batch wasn’t as good as the ones I put on the smoker. Was a lot chewier than the smoker even though both were brined and seasoned the same
