Simulate nature and you'll be good . Just remember , It's not always windy . I used to run the fan 20 minutes , couple times a week . Then I just went to shaking . When they start setting fruit I leave 'em alone .

The Be the bee is hard to find.

I made two, be the bee, out of $5.00 ear/nose/side burn trimmer single AA battery clippers whereby the small cutters failed or wouldn't stay in place. The small slide that held the cutter in place would slide down to release the cutter to clean it and there's the punching arm. The little punching arm for the cutter tags the stem of each hydroponic tomato flower sending the pollen.

No shortage of Bees here. My wife has large succulents that are blooming right now. The bees are all over them.

Most of these answers are wrong. I've been growing mild to hot peppers for decades. I always have more than I can use. The blossom drop can be from two things - too hot, and not pollinated.
I water overhead when it is over about 95. That both cools the plants, and helps distribute pollen. You could find that just shaking the plants every day could improve your yields.
I grow over 40 plants every year. I inspect them every day, and I shake them every day. When it's very hot, I overhead water to cool them down. The water cools them, and the evaporation also cools them.

Nope. The droplets do NOT act as "magnifying glasses". A waste of water though as it'll evaporate b4 getting deep enough to do any good.

Although it's hot, shake it or do like I do: get a small paint brush and go to each flower and GENTLY pass the pollen to each flower.

Back when I was growing hot peppers regularly I'd spray them with a water bottle with a bit of Epsom salt dissolved in it. It helps with pollination and it's beneficial to plant growth. Shaking the plant, a fan and a paint brush all work too.

I like to water from overhead . The feeder roots of the plants will be close to the surface , around the outer edge of the plants . The foliage drips the water from the end of the branches onto the area of the feeder roots .
I water before 10 am . That way the plants have time to absorb the water .
I have had leaf scorch from watering to late in the day .
