Pellets ordered!

Ordered 30 lbs of pellets from smoke daddy last night. Mesquite, oak, hickory, apple, and their blend! Should be here next week for me to add to my new AMNPS. Gonna try it all on a briskiet in my MES 40! Man, I can't wait!

I've never tried any pellets from smoke daddy.  Be sure to let us know how you like them.

Just looked on the Smoke Daddy website.  It appears from their description that they cut their pellets with oak.  Nothing wrong with that, per se, but you will not be getting a fully flavored smoke.   It will always have an oak part in it.

Well..... I guess I should have done more research! $38 worth w/ free shipping. So, not too bad of a botch! What brand of pellets do y'all recommend?

If you want alder, Bear Mountain. If you want oak, then Traeger or any of the other pellet manufacturers that use oak as their base wood.
