What is the difference between a Standard Trager Wood Pellet Grill and this REC TEC Wood Pellet Grill I saw by accident...

Does anyone know any thing about these grills when comparing them?

I have a rec tec and love it. I would recommend it to anyone. Have no experience with trager

The reason I ask is that one of my Son's is looking at both. On one hand he likes the TRAGER, but he has looked into the construction of both both and says the metals and construction of the REC TEC are better quality  than the TRAGER.

I've looked at a trager in the store and I gotta say the rec tec is way better built. Six year warranty and unmatched customer service.

If it was my money I would definitely buy the rec tec. But that's just my personal opinion. I would buy one again

I own a RecTec also. Had it over 3 years, and I'm very happy with it. Well made, rock solid controller, large cook chamber. A very versatile cooker, capable to both smoking and grilling. I agree with the opinion that the RT is better construction than Traeger, although there are plenty of happy Traeger owners out there. You'll be able to turn out great Que with either one.
