on the food net last night..great show..
the white bbq sauces were interesting to the point I need to try them.
and what great q- views they showed.
and all the ways pork pulled and what ever were done..sammies from heaven.
just makes ya wanna fire up the smoker and do it..
 
She's such a gas.
I met her at her OLD restaurant before she had Lady and Sons.
Talk about nervous in front of people! She was talkin 500 words a minute!
GREAT food though, and I feel like such a fool for not buying her now out of print first cookbook. I think it was $12.95.

We were 2 1/2 hours late for lunch. (business trip) She had to toss our lunch and remake everything. I did feel bad for her. She introduced us to her "sous chef" lady.

I wish I had a do over.
