I describe myself as a BBQ affectionado and have been smoking for about 5 years.
My BBQ journey goes like this.
Hibachi on driveway
Weber 22" standard grill
Kenmore gasser
Cookshack Smokette II
MAK II Star Pellet Grill
I pretty much do everything on my pelletgrill at this time. There are occasional uses of the Weber and the Kenmore on my patio but not an awful lot.
I am a Certified KCBS Judge/Table Captain. This weekend I will be judging the KCBS Competition in Monroe, MI.(a city just to the south of Detroit.
I plan to attend the KCBS "Royal" in October and will be cooking the chicken entry with a Competition Team
