Unfortunately - I thought i had notes form my first attempt but I dont... SO
My first Pastrami was good but still salty. I think I soaked about 12 hours only because the saved recipe has 12 hours...

Couple questions;
- How long have you soaked your store bought corned beef brisket flats to remove salt? I am shooting for not very salty...
- Was it enough? Can you over soak? seems unlikely to me but worth asking.
