Just a quick question I have just bought a new bradley electronic smoker and I'm itching to try it out. Problem is it wont be in the plus temps here for a while, it is supposed to be only -7c this weekend is that warm enough to do a batch of ribs?

I had a bradley about 10 years ago. Smoked pork butts and turkey in the winter with no problem. The units were well insulated. Should be just as well made now. Might as well try it so you know what it can do..

I don't know squat about the bradley...  but if the electronics won't start in the cold, put an electric heater in it to warm it up first.....  Dave
