With all this time off I've been watching a lot of Food network which has given me ideas.
This is a multi part question for the group.
Has anyone marinated their jerky meat in a booze? I'm thinking maybe a bourbon, pat it down and the apply Jeff's rub then smoke.
Has anyone coated their sliced jerky meat and then vacuumed sealed for X amount of time?
Has anyone done both?
