just wondering, in fla we have a couple orange trees here and there, is the wood any good and if so what meat would it compliment?

Rick I actually have some orange wood BCFishman brought up for me and I'm gonna try it on some chickens to start with I also think it would go great on a pork loin

allright bassman, i'll scrounge around and see if i can come up with some

The smoke is much milder than hickory, oak, pecan or apple. I had a small tangerine that didn't take the one day freeze we had a couple of years ago. I pulled it up and cut it into little disks with a chainsaw to toss in the smoker.
