A thank to you folks here using pickle brine for the inspiration! Instead of using pickles, I used leftover olive liquid/brine to marinate with a splash of olive oil.

Easily the best caesar I ever made and had and is in competition with the best grilled meat salad I ever had which was the beef tenderloin at Brio.

Especially if you're AC is out and trying to fix it LOL

The olive flavor is mild but there and totally works with the caesar dressing. I had enough brine from a small jar of olives to do 3 breasts. Guess like 3/4C brine.
