Hi, folks! I'm Jim, aka raddog, a retiring radiologist in Houston, TX.

Love smoking meats but like eatin' 'em even more. I have an assortment 

of old worn out equipment, Mostly use a Bradley for smokin' these days. 

I have been lurking in the shadows for a couple years on this forum, 

enjoying the lessons and entertainment. Hope to make it many more.
