Hey all. New here on the foum, and total newbie to smoking as well. Just bought a Masterbuilt electric, 30 cubic ft, with digital time/temp control to give this whole thing a try. Just arrived yesterday. Seasoned it last night, and anxious now to get started this weekend. I've watched several videos and read a few recipes, so I'm ready to take the plunge. Looking forward to reading the great stuff on the forums, including doing the 5-day course. I found my way here on the recommendation of my fabulous niece, who is a certified smokin' fool. - John
