Been crazy busy, so easy was the name of the game tonight. Thawed some pulled pork and fried up a few tacos. Nothin fancy, but it hit the spot.

Yup, we eat a lot of general tacos and this style is my favorite. Nice work.

Nothing wrong with a good old taco. My wife bought the chicken taco kit at Costco earlier this week and I almost have it finished off.

Looks great. Had queso birria Tuesday. I use that same consomme for pork. I like to crisp up the pork in the skillet a little before stuffing the tortillas.
