Wife and I are vacation near Shenandoah National Park (we are leaf peepers). On our way & near Grottoes I saw a smoke shack in someone’s yard just rolling smoke with lots of splits sitting near by. Maybe bacon is being done :). Of course I thought of our forum as it brought a big smile to my face. Hope to drive by it again and get a picture! Yes, I brought my own (hot smoked) bacon from the house, but the weather up here is 48degs so that’s Perfect Temp for cold smoking!! Know that person is enjoying life
