Hi!
I've been lurking on the site absorbing all the great techniques and info like a sponge for some time. Just recently purchased a MES40 from Sam's Club. Before that I had built an Alton Brown Terracotta style smoker, but I found it to be highly unreliable.
Loving the MES! So far I've smoked salmon and four spatchcocked chickens. Planning on doing ribs and butts this weekend.
Aside from cooking I spend the rest of my free time homebrewing or doing something outdoors.
