Thanks for posting Crazy! I just bought some casings and stuffing horn cleaner sets on sale at TSM. But took forever to arrive with free shipping...I think donkeys must have packed them south! LOL!!!

JIMSMOKES Only ordered seasonings from TSM once before and that was for a breakfast sausage. It seemed "weakish" at recipe strength but when I asked on this forum, most used 120% of the recipe amount to get a good breakfast sausage.

Flavor was good...maybe a tad salty at 120%.

TSM also sells VEGETABLE CASINGS - the only place that I can find them. Super important for people with alfa gal syndrome!

JS, I use their breakfast seasoning at normal strength and enjoy it. Most sausage seasonings that I don't make myself come from PS Seasoning.

Midwest bratwurst
All good ones in my opinion .

Thanks. What little breakfast sausage I've done was pops 621 as a base. I've looked hard at PS but haven't pulled the trigger.
