Newbie Intro

I'm a middle aged, lifelong bachelor and commercial cook taking  my first step into smoking.

I'm building a cold smoke generator and intend to use use a weber kettle as the smokehouse.

The current freezing conditions we are experiencing here inspire me to make a foray into cold smoking.
