Hey everyone, excited to join the forum and pick up some tips and tricks. 

I'm new to the game and could use all the help I can get! My wife bought me a 18.5 WSM for Father's Day. Did my first few smokes in NJ before we moved to CO - definitely notice a difference smoking at 7600 feet vs sea level! Every smoke for me has been a learning experience and looking forward to absorbing info from you all!
