Hey everyone! I've been lurking on here for a while now for information and thought I should make an account. I just got a MES 30 analog for Christmas. I've done a few smokes already like Turkey and ribs and they came out okay but after reading on the forms I see that this model doesn't smoke very well I've noticed that with the 1 I have. when I first turn it on it smokes pretty well but then it just kinda dies out and doesnt really smoke at all. I've done some searching to try and figure out what to do to fix it but I really don't want to drill any holes in my brand new smoker. Any suggestions? Thanks.

For my first smoke I did boneless country style ribs from costco. They came out really good.
