Found this site and lots of interesting info and opinions. Its taken me some years but I have come up with some pretty good cooks on my smoker.. various meats. I have a small backyard horizontal smoker that does a nice job once you get all the dos and donts right. Love cooking ..including grilling and smoking.. and love the look on the wifes eyes when she bites in to perfect tender sweet smokey ribs ). When Mom is happy so is Dad.
