Hi! I am excited to share in this wonderful forum of a cooking method I love so much! I am from New Jersy (northern) and started smoking food about 30 years ago using a home made smoker made of an electric hotplate, pizza tray and garbage can that I found the blueprint for from the Frugal Gourmet. I currently have a gas smoker from Sears that Iunderutilize, a Cameron's stovetop smoker and several hommade devices to smoke on charcoal or gas grill and have done poultry, pork, beef, fish cheese and all kinds of things that are AMAZING when coupled with different wood smokes! Hope to learn more from all of you on this forum, and maybe pass some of my experiences on too! Glen
