Hey All, thought I would introduce myself. Name is Patrick and from vegas where its already hot enough but why not add some more heat with a smoker!
A few years ago I bought a charbroil electric smoker on a whim. It mostly sat as I had no idea what I wanted to do or what to do frankly. I did cook a couple pizzas in it which were great. I ended up moving to another apartment and thanksgiving was coming around. I decided to break it in for the first true smoke with a turkey. It turned out great and since then, I've smoked an additional turkey, spare ribs, brisket flat, and pork butt packer from Costco, and also some chicken taco ABTs that were amazing.
Well here are the ribs using a 3-2-1 method.
