Newbie from NC

Greetings and Happy New Year, my name is Jim and I live just east of Raleigh, NC in the Town of Clayton. I have been smoking on and off for 10 - 12 years, more seriously the past 3. Have just purchased a classic Kamado Joe and have really enjoyed it as much as I have this site! Lots of good info!
