Hello from SE Michigan. I just ordered a MES 30, AMPS and 5 pounds of pitmaster pellets. Many thanks to those who post on this site. I have been spending a lot of time here and have learned much. Input from this site has helped me select the equipment I want to use. I am a set it and forget it kind of guy. Looking forward to Canadian bacon, dried beef and ribs as my first projects with the new smoker. Thanks again for all the great info.
