New Years NFL Sunday

Well , the oysters were so good from New Years Eve Dinner.  I had to have round two.....

I figured with a nice cheese tray and a few oysters the Sunday would go well.

Cheeses;  Cambazola, Humbolt Fog, mediterranean       spiced white cheddar, Tilamook Special Reserve XXX sharp.

Crackers:  Keebler Almond nut crackers, Sesame crackers.

Olives, Mediterranean mix, from the catering kitchen.  We get them in 25 pound casks.  This mix is great.

Roasted Pine Nut hummus.  Excellent.

Wine is a Chardonnay by Woodbridge, with the Modavi name on it.

Very nice. This was a razer clam dig weekend for us so we had some fresh fried clams and picked up some fresh oysters. I let them do the shucking this time as I already had enoght going on this weekend so it is a shooter weekend. Most times we get the special 5 dozen for $20 - great deal.  Sorry no pictures (still a newbie)
