Had this Tomahawk steak sitting in my freezer for almost a year. Time to bring the new year in right, with a reverse sear using the Weber kettle. Used a rub I got from the recent Christmas exchange from Rafter H BBQ Rafter H BBQ . Rubbed this sucker down and let it sit in the fridge for about 7 hours. Fired up my Weber kettle with coals off-set. Put on some diced up potatoes and onions with butter too. Here are some pictures:
