Looks good! On a sidenote - what's your recipe for collards? I've eaten them twice at a restaurant and loved them! I would love to try and make them myself, but afraid that I'd mess it up and nobody would eat them with me. LOL!

Thanks. This time, they were canned goods with some smoked ham added. I like collards with a little Texas Pete's Pepper sauce..

Thanks. My smoker is a UDS (ugly drum smoker) I use Corn kits prepared mix and add a couple of seeded/chopped fresh jalapenos or serranos.
