i have about everything to start using Hounds51 recipe http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/92786/50-lbs-of-lebanon-bologna. meat lugs, etc. i bought lotsa stuff. i have done a lot of homework am about ready to go.
I credit the folks at SMF for a lot of inspiration, ideas and recipes. I ain't had this much fun since we stole Granny's wooden leg and chopped it up for kindling.
