Hello every one, my name is Bill and i am from Rolling Smoke BBQ, I live in CT and have been smoking meats and other things for a number of years, I finally broke down and bought a big tow behind smoker from a guy up in NH, he built it from scratch, it is a reverse flow smoker, i think the only kind to use, because its real easy to use, if i do my part it will do its part big time, I burn all dry hard wood, my favorite is black cherry and oak.

I have smoked 20 roasting chickens at one time the avergae weight was 8 lbs, i have done a lot of pork ribs and whole hogs on it too.

i use jeffs rub too it is the best ever, you need no sauce when useing it  on the meat.

well i think that i have bored every one to death with my blabing,

keep it smoking and just a cooking , have fun and keep the cover closed if your looking you aint a cooking, peace
