I’ve only smoked a couple of things and only had smoker a week. I’d like to smoke some brats. I got some great value cheap beer brats. I’m also gonna do some hotdogs with them. I know it’s not fancy, but asking for suggestions
Welcone to sm, Don't have to be fancy to be good , I would pat them dry and smoke at around 200 until ya reach internal temp of around 160. You could also put a little dry rub on the dog's for some extra flavor
