Hey guys,

I’ve been living in southeast China for about 5 years now and I really miss good old-fashioned American BBQ. I’m building a smoker so my friends and I can smoke our own ribs, brisket, sausages, and fish. While I am new to smoking, I am an experienced chef. I’ve been known to make some pretty good ribs even without a smoker.

By the way, Smokingmeatforums is awesome! I’ve already learned a lot from this website. Hopefully I can contribute some useful information for anyone else living abroad out there. Pictures to come.
