Hello, my name is Glenn (harleyeg05). I live in Utah. I am getting really excited about smoking meat. I got hooked ealier this year and my wife bought me a "CampChef: Smoke Vault" for fathers day.I smoke about every weekend, or every-other weekend. I have even got my father-in-law jealous of what I am starting to do. I have had some success, and my father is a certified chef, but this is a bit different then what he does, but he does give me some great ideas and has helped with recipes for rubs. He is my best critic! I can't wait to lean more and use all the tools that I can get. I am excited for this site, thanks.
