New to smokers

Hi all
I just started smoking with a gas grill. First started last week with chicken breast. Turned out well. I'm trying some beef filets. Let's see how that turns out. I don't get a lot of smoke so I need to experiment a little more.

JT Charger, welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here and experimenting with your gas grill.  I did quite a bit of gas grilling experimentation myself.  Never could quite get the smoke I needed.  The venting on a gas grill seemed to work against me. Lets us know if you find a solution.
