Hi, I'm Tom, I've been smoking on an ecb for a couple of years but last May bought a Masterbuilt 2 door vertical propane smoker. That has helped me become a smoke junkie. I have smoked salmon, corned beef, ABT, pork butts, hams,and the list goes on this Summer and Fall. I thank all of you on the forum because YOU are the first place I go to find out "how to do it". I'm looking forward to being part of this great and friendly community. I'm just starting to get into sausage making. For Christmas my daughter bought me an electric grinder. I'm looking forward to using it Saturday. I hope to give you my first Q-view then.
