Hey all,

My name is Chancy and i live in Abilene, KS and have been smoking for a year and just built my first trailer smoker.  I'm still working the temp's out with it.  I have smoked a loin, and some ribs on it and they came out (just ok),  I want more flavor but not alot of heat the wife cant stand (spicy hot).  I have tons of questions about everything, i hope i can figure this sight out so i can get some of them amswered.
