New smoker w/ mod

Got a new 30 and I did the mailbox mod, love it! Second trial run yesterday, did one rack of bb'so and 3 chicken quarters. This master built is a different animal that's for sure. I have learned so much here, saved me some grief, so thanks ya'll

Nice smoker . and the Ribs and Cbickdn look great. Wish I. Ould come across a nice ,Salmon like that looks marvelous ! ! ! :drool
