new smoker from scotland.

hi folks , my name is mike , i`m from a small town just outside edinburgh , scotland in the uk .

just finished building my first offset smoker from 2 small propane tanks and can`t wait to start smoking !

as i work at a scotch whisky distillery i have an endless supply of bourbon barrels for fuel . this site is what 

i have been looking for , all the info in one place . thanks in advance for all your help

Hi folks here is a pic of my smoker on her first burn , before she was painted . made from 2 small gas bottles , she my be small but she works fine

quite happy sitting at 250-270 deg F. will post more later.
