Hello all!  My name is Fred.  I am from Templeton PA.  I am a fairly new smoker.  I have smoked about 10 different meals so far.  I am an avid outdoors-man and am interested in smoking wild game (sausage, bologna, jerky...etc.).  I have done some pork shoulders, loins, whole chickens, beef loins, and many types of fish.  I use the Char-griller with the side firebox and am pretty pleased with its results so far.  I am looking forward to gaining new tips and knowledge on different recipes, types of wood, and pretty much anything in the smoking world!
