Hello All, Justcatchinum here. Nice to find this site. I have been around a smoker for about 50 years. Started with my grandfather smoking fish, fish sausage and making bacon. I've had a homemade smoker for about 35 years and recently bought a CG Outlaw with side box. Did the following mods, chimney, turned over the pan and slid to the right, put in a charcoal/wood box grate and sealed the entire unit. Have no issues and works well.
